The dinner will include a five-course dinner, paired with five different wines from Gordon Estate.
Included on the menu are an ahi tuna carpaccio over fried wonton wrapper appetizer; a poached pear salad with candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese and orange vinaigrette; a duck and mushroom ravioli in brown butter and sage sauce; a grilled cocoa and espresso-rubbed beef tenderloin over red wine glaze and an apple and rhubarb crumble for desert. Specials this week at what I regard as the best restaurant in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks are the roasted vegetable ravioli, blackened pork rib-eye chop with herb butter and ahi tuna.
